Healthy Baked Donuts

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease your donut pan with baking spray. We suggest coconut oil spray.
  3. Mix dry ingredients together in a medium bowl: flour, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, baking soda.
  4. In a smaller bowl mix wet ingredients and whisk: egg whites, coconut oil, almond milk, vanilla, syrup.
  5. Add wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir.
  6. Fill donut pan until each is about 3/4 full. Don't over fill!
  7. Bake for 14-17 minutes. Donuts should be golden brown and an inserted toothpick should come out clean.
  8. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes. Tip donuts out onto a wire rack. Tap the back of pan if any are stuck.
  9. Garnish with optional ingredients, toppings or glazes. Strive to stay away from sugar!
