Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Puree the cashews and oats in a blender or food processor
  2. Pour dry ingredients into a larger bowl and with a spoon mix in all other ingredients.
  3. Roll into balls and place on a baking sheet covered with wax paper.
  4. Put energy bites into the freezer for 20 minutes. Once hard, you can put them into a large ziplock bag or covered ziplock container to store in the freezer.
  5. These taste great right out of the freezer!
